Charitable Donation Application Guidelines

Due to more limited funds available this year, as compared to previous years', donation requests for non-hockey programs will be put on hold beginning October 2008. We hope this is a temporary situation, and anticipate funding for non-hockey requests will be available in the Spring of 2009. Requests submitted now will be put on a waiting list, and as funds become available, they will be awarded in a fair and equitable manner. Sibley Hockey Booster Board

Request limited to School District 197 Community.   Must benefit a group or organization.   Request must be specific about what funds will be used for. The Sibley Boosters will consider upon request, matching funds raised by students of Henry Sibley activities group. Matching limit up to $2,000.00.  Requests should include description, dates and amount earned from fund raiser.   All requests must be submitted on the official current Sibley Hockey Booster charitable donation request form. No old forms or copies will be accepted.    All requests will be reviewed by the Sibley Hockey Booster Charitable Gamling Committee that meets the first week of every month. The committee will make recommendations to the Sibley Hockey Booster Club membership that meets the second Wednesday of every month at the West Saint Paul Ice Arena.
